Public E-Services

Public Calendar Schedule

The Public Calendar Schedule option provides access to search, view and print case events scheduled in the Common Pleas Criminal Court Case Management System (CPCMS). This feature is useful to find when and where a case event will be heard without having to call or visit the courthouse.

Rule of Judicial Administration 509

The Rule of Judicial Administration 509 option provides access to search, view and print Unified Judicial System (UJS) contracts and purchase orders. The Web site displays summary information on contracts and purchase orders of $5000 or more that were executed on or after July 1, 2008.

County Court Calendar

The County Court Calendar option provides access to view calendars prepared and submitted by participating counties.

Pennsylvania Rules of Court

The Rules of Court option provides access to search, view and print active Rules of Court. Please note that this site is currently limited to the rules mandated by Rules of Civil Procedure 239.1 et seq.

Public Web Docket Sheets

The Public Web Docket Sheets option provides access to search, view and print the docket sheets for Pennsylvania’s Appellate Courts, Criminal Courts of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Courts and the Philadelphia Municipal Court. In addition, a Court Summary Information report is available for Criminal Courts of Common Pleas and Philadelphia Municipal Court cases.

Secure E-Services

In addition to the public information available on this site, specialized e-services are available to users with a secure login. Approval for these services must be granted by a county clerk of court or district court administrator.

Other browsers and browsers without Javascript and cookies enabled will see graphical errors or may be denied access completely. Due to the technology used in creating this site, Internet Explorer 6 and above will provide the most satisfying user experience. The reporting functions on the site require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
