- The Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee proposes to amend Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure 102, 903, 904, 905, 1112, 1113, 1116, 1123, 1925, 1931, 1972, 2154, 2172, 2185, 2542 and 2545. The suggested amendments are designed to implement a broad Family Fast Track to speed up the appellate process in cases involving the rights of children-dependency, termination of parental rights, adoptions, custody and paternity.
